I will create a safe and affirming space to collaborate with you on your journey of self-discovery, explore your deeper issues, and move towards thriving in your well being. As a therapist I am thoughtful, warm, and communicative. I genuinely see the best in people while holding a judgement-free space to explore needs, work through challenges, and accomplish goals.
Using mindful and supportive therapies-my specialties include gender exploration and affirmation; self-identity and self-esteem development; coping with stress, depression, and anxiety. I also hold training and certification in processing and healing from trauma in addition to recovery from substance use disorders.
