Miss Collegiate USA Organization recognizes our newest queen to the Class of 2025 Sisterhood!
Rebecca Beavers, Miss District of Columbia Collegiate USA 2025, is launching her new platform called PGE- Pretty, Gifted, and Educated, which is dedicated to uplifting and mentoring young women planning to attend, currently attending, or have graduated from college, or, in some cases, may have dropped out and are considering returning. She plans to provide resources on how to be financially responsible in college
Rebecca’s academic goal is to obtain two master's degrees, one in communications and the other in creative writing, and a doctorate in strategic communications.
“I competed in the 2024 Miss Collegiate USA pageant, and I had such a positive experience that I knew I wanted to come back. I overall grew as a titleholder and I made connections and memories that I will always treasure. After leaving, I just knew deep down that my journey with MCU wasn't over. Danielle Stephenson, Ms West Virginia Collegiate USA 2025, plans to spend her reign creating bonds with her sister titleholders and serving the people of the Mountain State!Laney’s professional goal is to continue implementing new programs and growing the Recreational Therapy Department at Skyland Trail to better treat and empower teens struggling with mental health.
Danielle’s academic goal is to obtain her  Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration. As a first-generation college student, she plans to focus her research on what impacts college access for Appalachian college students.
“I currently work in higher education, and love that the national MCU platform is "Making College Affordable." College was never a guarantee for me and scholarship opportunities for women are incredibly important which is why I wanted to join the MCU Pageant System. “
